* Assist two accountants on multiple dealer accounts daily, totaling 6 locations* Assist on various accounts when help is needed, learning quickly and adapting to new routine* Import IIF and Web Connect files into QuickBooks* Handle a high volume of invoice entry for US dealers* Perform daily/weekly/monthly bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations* Assist in month-end processes* Explore discrepancies such as incorrect payment terms or missing invoices* Track, verify and reconcile inventory operations through inventory clearing* Communicate with dealers when necessary to complete a task, such as unknown or potential fraudulent bank/credit card charges, receiving discrepancies* Communicate with others to learn, grow, and increase my value to accountants and dealers
