Facilitated a pre-employment program for neurodivergent teenagers to aid in the preparation for post-secondary and/or employment transition. Managed programming for two groups of students to build self-awareness and skills through structured learning sessions and volunteerism.Scheduled bi-weekly ‘bonus sessions’ where participants met community, industry partners, and post-secondary advisors.Ensured that the program was accessible and inclusive and that the delivery reflected the varying needs of participants.

I delivered excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a friendly and professional manner. I also collaborated with team members to restock shelves and create visually appealing merchandise displays, enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers.

This comprised a complete breakdown of its operations, dove into various qualitative methods to improve operations, and included key performance indicators to measure future success.
