Since 2019, I have served the State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA) as an analyst supporting Express Lane Roadside and Back-Office implementations and operations. I have been involved as an analyst in the full lifecycle of Toll Collection Systems projects, including procurement, design and development, testing, operations, and maintenance. I am responsible for conducting descriptive analyses that convey to SRTA what is happening at all stages of a project. These include the identification of duplicate created trips and the reconciliation of trips between the roadside and back-office systems. I've aided in the automation of this type of analysis by designing streamlined tools and SOPs to augment routine audits on SRTA tolling facilities.I've also helped SRTA diagnose links between transponder type and read strength as well abnormal trends in the dynamic pricing algorithm output. In this role, I have developed skills in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data for continuous improvement projects and presenting the results and actions to a diverse set of stakeholders, including executive staff. I've led the analyses for white papers recommending cost savings and performance enhancements for SRTA’s Image Processing System and High Occupancy Vehicle declaration and enforcement process. My other responsibilities include gathering requirements and preparing procurement documents, assisting with system testing and integration, and auditing the SRTA vendor’s monthly maintenance reports (MMR).I am currently supporting the Skyway Concession Company LLC (SCC) through the discovery phase of their legacy back-office system replacement project. In this role, I am drafting Service Level Agreements for the envisioned system, identifying key reports for toll operations, and creating a framework for evaluating potential back-office system providers.
