Since 2019, I have served the State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA) as an analyst supporting Express Lane Roadside and Back-Office implementations and operations. I have been involved as an analyst in the full lifecycle of Toll Collection Systems projects, including procurement, design and development, testing, operations, and maintenance. I am responsible for conducting descriptive analyses that convey to SRTA what is happening at all stages of a project. These include the identification of duplicate created trips and the reconciliation of trips between the roadside and back-office systems. I've aided in the automation of this type of analysis by designing streamlined tools and SOPs to augment routine audits on SRTA tolling facilities.I've also helped SRTA diagnose links between transponder type and read strength as well abnormal trends in the dynamic pricing algorithm output. In this role, I have developed skills in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data for continuous improvement projects and presenting the results and actions to a diverse set of stakeholders, including executive staff. I've led the analyses for white papers recommending cost savings and performance enhancements for SRTA’s Image Processing System and High Occupancy Vehicle declaration and enforcement process. My other responsibilities include gathering requirements and preparing procurement documents, assisting with system testing and integration, and auditing the SRTA vendor’s monthly maintenance reports (MMR).I am currently supporting the Skyway Concession Company LLC (SCC) through the discovery phase of their legacy back-office system replacement project. In this role, I am drafting Service Level Agreements for the envisioned system, identifying key reports for toll operations, and creating a framework for evaluating potential back-office system providers.

In this role, I lead a team of student and career professional volunteers as an Operation Lead for MARTA Army's various ongoing operations. Together, this team is responsible for the planning, communication, implementation, operation, and assessment of all MARTA Army projects.Operation Bus Stop Census• Communicated with project partners to establish a survey template to be used to crowdsource data on bus stop conditions• Coordinated the successful launch of Operation Bus Stop Census on Transit Equity Day and the collection of over 300 surveys within the first two days

In this role, I automated repetitive division-wide data reporting processes using SAS and Excel programming to support Delta’s safety initiatives. I worked with stakeholders in the Corporate Safety, Security, and Compliance division to establish strategy and standards for the collection and management of data to support divisional and corporate goals from reducing employee injuries to identifying and stopping fraudsters. Oh, and I also got to pull a passenger jet with John Cena!

Campus Recreation Center

In this role, I served as a custodian of the world class aquatic facilities offered by the Campus Recreation Center (CRC). I worked with a team of Pool Operators and Technicians to conduct routine maintenance on the aquatic facilities by performing routine cleaning activities, chemical tests, and repairs on pool equipment. The routine cleaning and chemical tests ensured that the facilities would have safe levels of chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and hardness. This provided both increased the longevity of the facilities while providing a safe facility for the hundreds of students, faculty, and guests to use on any given day/ In addition, I performed time-sensitive repairs on competition swimming touch pads, which prevented delays during swim meets.

Campus Recreation Center

In this role, I served as a swim instructor to clients of varying age ranges and skill levels. I taught new and young swimmers the basics of swimming, including how to stay safe, how to breath properly, and how to propel oneself in the water. For older adults that were new to swimming, I focused on developing confidence in the water, helping set goals for desired swim abilities, and teaching them the skills needed to achieve those goals. For experienced swimmers, I focused on specific techniques to improve their speed, breathing ability, and diving.
