I graduated from the University of Sussex in BA Media and Communications. Throughout my degree I have been passionate about delivering outstanding work and I am extremely driven to succeed. I am experienced in customer service, always with the customer in mind, in both a team environment and also self-driven - this has been shown within different customer facing roles and also through team projects at university. Throughout my time at university, I built upon my interest in several ways. In second year I held the position of Social Media Manager for University Radio Falmer (URF) where I created and posted about events on our Instagram and Facebook.
