Provided single focal point support to my assigned asset for the Production training and competency process both Tactical Administration and some Direct Execution responsibilities.• Drive execution of the training process through personal facilitation; collaborating with subject internal matter experts and external vendors/stakeholders. Collaborate with client departments to understand training and developmental needs. Align solutions where applicable. • Focal point for the Asset Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) and Assessor lists. •Daily scheduling and supervision of 5 Excavation Notification Analysts whose primary role was reviewing 600+ work tickets daily for potentially hazardous excavation activities in the vicinity of Shell's pipeline assets in 10 states.•Responsible to maintain notification records, analysis and ensure site owned documentation accuracy and functionality. Assist in Regulatory and Company audits by compiling completed tickets for review and participating in individual reviews with field staff and my analysts.•Effective management of personnel and budget. Provided hands on training of field technicians in multiple mapping applications.•Site SME for mapping, support and operations issues with multiple state one call agencies with the expectation to train onsite and offsite personnel.•Facilitated and participated in Underground Damage Prevention meetings on the local and regional basis.•Served as the Oil Pipelines Representative on Common Ground Alliance, serving on multiple research committees.
