I have senior level international financial services experience as an interim Programme Director/Manager and Change Communications Professional, leading multi-discipline teams (both business change/SME’s and IT) and 3rd Party Suppliers to become effective agents of change and tangible delivery within a client company.In particular, I have significant experience in leading Life/Pensions/Investment new product developments and launches across Europe, establishing/delivering business change communications programmes and of being ‘parachuted-in’ to failing programmes/projects in order to effect recovery. I also have experience in general insurance and loans/credit card businesses - I am currently leading M&A projects in the general insurance sector, in central/eastern Europe, Turkey and Latin America.I am trained/experienced in Prince 2 and MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) and I hold a 1st class honours MA in Journalism and Media Communications.Typically reporting in to Board or SMT level, I also have significant experience in stakeholder management, business case development, complex programme/project initiation, project governance/PMO setup, full lifecycle delivery and in recruiting change and delivery teams.I am an EU citizen and location/travel is not a problem as I work internationally.
