Management of various customer NPI and sustaining engineering programs in medical device injection molding manufacturing facility. Responsibilities range from determining quality project scope to operator work instructions. Statistics revolving around fitting normal datasets, gage r&r, and capability analysis are normal day-to-day activities.

Conducted failure analysis, diagnosed and resolved customer complaints. Managed inspection department with two contract personnel. System and function administrator of Material Review Board and customer quality management system.

Assisted in new product development, materials testing and incoming diagnostics to ensure quality material for engineering and production. Worked with production to ensure processing of new materials and processes run smoothly as well as assist in customer complaints. Coordinate sourcing and cost reduction for identified raw materials for Hamden and Shanghai facility. Manage corporate reporting for Hamden facility (EHS) as well as continuous work on ensuring all raw materials are compliant with RoHS, REACH, CMRT, and other global compliance directives internally and with customers.
