As the Senior Content Developer at Keeping Current Matters, I created simple and effective consumer-facing content that breaks down the national real estate market into terms that anyone can understand. Members of KCM (Real Estate Agents), then shared our content with their clients and potential clients during all aspects of their relationship. Responsible for marketing the practice to doctors offices in the greater New York area by traveling to the office and creating relationships with office staff members and doctors. Also responsible for the daily operations of the office including but not limited to scheduling our patient population, billing all services provided to insurance companies, verifying incoming patient's insurances and being the liaison between the patients and their therapist. Directly responsible for streamlining our operation and implementing the use of technology to make our day to day tasks more efficient.

In Season: responsible for all aspects of game day promotions operations including but not limited to: all game day scripts, all PA and MC scripts, all on field promotions, national anthem and pregame entertainment coordination, all promotional giveaway execution. Responsible for the creation of the Promotions Manager's Handbook, still being used to this day. Worked directly with the sales staff to sell all inventory at the ballpark and executing all aspects of contracts annually.Off Season: worked full time as a member of the Sales staff, cold calling local and national companies to solicit interest in sponsorship opportunities. Met with clients and fostered long standing relationships; helping in the execution of their sponsorship aspects.
