In addition to Sales duties on Key Accounts, I provided leadership to the management team to better align marketing & sales strategies to increase profit.Responsible for the companies overall sales, business development, marketing and branding. Responsible for developing brand awareness through marketing & product launches. Grew a social media audience on Facebook from under 1k to over 138k followers. Developed & launched a successful Ecommerce shop with a large range of F&P Merchandise which increased turnover significantly inside 12 months. Developed other new revenue streams in addition to Ecommerce including securing contracts to design, print & create content for companies in the Ag Industry. Redesigned & implemented a new website for F&P and a re-design of the magazine to grow revenue. Successfully implemented new processes and CRM tools to enhance sales productivity.The integration of a new CRM system which helped in the increase of staff performance.Media Partner with several show organisers in various industries.Directly working with the Tullamore Show assisting with their branding & marketing campaigns over a 4 year period, which helped secure a record attendance in 2016.

Published fortnightly and online at www.farmandplant.ie- Implementation and review of tactical and strategic sales initiatives; Set up and manage sales forecasting.
