Hi, my name is Morgan.I am a serial entrepreneur, strategist, and designer. Currently, I serve as the Associate Director of the University of Minnesota's Holmes Center for Entrepreneurship, where I lead campus-wide initiatives in entrepreneurship and innovation. My role focuses on fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration, designing educational pathways, and mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs.With a proven track record in identifying challenges and using human-centered design to craft solutions, I’ve founded and led sustainable ventures that address unique needs. My current company, Telo, develops assistive walking devices with integrated technology to enhance physical therapy outcomes.Beyond my entrepreneurial work, I’ve held product and finance roles with leading organizations like UnitedHealth Group and Bank of America. From developing go-to-market strategies for UHG's type 2 diabetes innovation to helping a nonprofit in Perú launch an educational platform for children with learning disabilities, I prioritize high-impact potential in everything I pursue.Let’s connect!
