Farmers and ranchers around the world put clothes on our back and food on our table each and every day, and for that I'm thankful. Agriculture is a community. It's a community of hardworking individuals who pour blood, sweat and tears into something they love. I have a heart for people and their success matters to me. I think it is important to use my ability to lead others and shed a positive light in those lives I contact. I find joy in motivating and encouraging those around me.
