I am a results-driven marketing professional with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Southern Mississippi. I have six years of successful experience in retail management which has helped me grow into understanding the background of consumer behavior and business development. I have leveraged my expertise as a Brand Manager at The Focus Group where I have contributed to the growth and development of the company's marketing initiatives. With my passion for innovation and my creative problem-solving skills, I have honed my skills in various areas of marketing while learning new ones, including market research, strategic planning, project management, graphic design, creative direction, copywriting/content development, business development, website design/development and consumer engagement. Along with these skills, working at The Focus Group introduced me to a new specialty in tourism that has become my passion. Being a member of Mississippi Tourism Association (MTA) and Southeast Tourism Society (STS) has given me the opportunity to network and excel in the tourism marketing world. This past June, I completed my first year of STS Marketing College, a week-long program that spans over three years.
