I amended any orders that needed changing, and contacted all customers with any quieres I had, some of our customers have their own system to amend orders that I had to learn and use for every change to an order, other customers required extra paperwork for the delivery of their products. I had to liase with our transport company about any missing orders, potential orders to see if a delivery was possible, and to receive information about early/late delivery’s to inform the customers. Due to Brexit and our customers inside (and outside) the EU, I had to fill out legal paperwork that had to be sent out with every order that was exported. At the end of the day I had to check our volume of orders and compare with our transport company to make sure they had received them all for the day and none would get missed. During my time at Wymondham Leisure Centre I undertook monthly trainings to ensure I was competent in my lifesaving skills, first aid skills and knowledge of my duties as a lifeguard. I had to supervise all pool users and spectators, regularly test the pool water for the chlorine level and pH, and clean the surrounding areas using appropriate chemicals as per the COSHH sheets provided. While working in teen camp me and my colleagues had to create a syllabus to teach the kids about leadership and life, and also wilderness skills & camping.
