+ Maintains an in-depth knowledge of recruitment processes (candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview skills) from initial needs to the hiring stage.+Maintains overview of district recruitment goals and needs including the actual, expected loss, and over-recruitment needs as well as the amount of staff in training and the recruitment pipeline.+Maintains high standard of brand representation as it relates to recruitment events and our hiring processes +Accountable for district recruitment goals and KPI’s as well as routines and guideline set by the Regional ROTD and Support Office Recruitment team (U.S. and Global).+Plans development for and provides ongoing coaching to staff on the recruitment process and standards including members of the District Team, Store Managers and Department Managers+Works with District ROTD to plan, budget and follow up on open houses, networking events, etc.+Partners with either the Store Manager or the District ROTD to ensure Introduction Training plans are completed for and delivered to all new hires at the job offer.
