Prior to obtaining my role as an operator, I was first tasked with studying the Commercial Driver License Manual, taking multiple exams, and performing a skills demonstration test in order to obtain a commercial driver's license. Since beginning my job, I am now expected to demonstrate flexibility and eagerness to complete various operating assignments at multiple ranges of difficulty and comfort level. I also collaborate within groups of contractors, customers, and other individuals involving task efficiency and approach systems. This requires me to consistently think critically to assess risk factors and determine the best strategy for success.

As an established employee at this establishment, I have numerous roles that are assumed in coordination with customer service. I am required to synchronize with multiple servers to operate the facility efficiently. It is important to identify potential desires of customers with given social cues. Within this role, it is also important to maintain organization of materials needed to collaboratively work amongst other team members. In addition, the location of the establishment makes it important to maintain knowledge of relative agricultural aspects of business to communicate current events with consumers.

Although classified as a sales representative, my role primarily consisted of online marketing. Therefore, my position required me to determine marketable features of the available products to efficiently intrigue customers. I also consistently worked to maintain a professional marketing social media presence that would attract customers to our products. Furthermore, when customers would come for viewing, I would present more details about the product itself and purchasing options, including outright payment, conventional financing, and rent-to-own financing. It was my responsibility to relate to the customer, assess their desires, and find a compromise on what product best fit them and which purchasing option would benefit them and their current situation the most.
