I handle our Accounts Payable using Quickbooks. At the beginning of each month, I reconcile our accounts from the previous month. I also handle our premiums for every member. This includes setting up their drafts or collecting and recording checks, changing banking information and sending out collection letters and reports to anyone who falls behind. At the beginning of each year, I also help with our taxes for our agents.

Accounting major with study abroad experience

Perform many business-related responsibilities including social media marketing, new employee training, teamwork, achieving company goals, customer service, and cash management. Facilitate personal training programs for clients focusing on health, fitness, and self-confidence.

Manage the day care by taking care of members children and keeping the room sanitary. Entertain kids for hours at a time to keep them happy. Solve any disputes that may arise between the children.
