Conducted legal research on federal securities and commodities regulatory issues for scholarly articles and lectures, including an article published in the Brooklyn Law Review, 73 Brook. L. Rev. 91 (2007). Assisted with the production of a FOREX Symposium involving senior members of NYC’s top five FOREX brokers and the Acting Chairman of the Commodity.

Assisted trial attorneys at the CFTC’s Division of Enforcement with respect to investigating and prosecuting violations of the Commodities Exchange Act. Conducted legal research and drafted motions for cases pending in the Southern District of New York. Helped research, draft and edit appellate briefs and memoranda on complex issues, including federal preemption issues arising in 9/11 litigation, contractual waiver and statutory interpretation.
