I am a recent graduate from The Ohio State University College of Arts and Sciences, where I majored in Criminology and Criminal Justice and minored in Sociology. I learned about the causes, consequences, and prevention of crime and social problems, and developed skills in research, analysis, and problem-solving. I am also passionate about protecting and caring for animals in need, which led me to complete a Cruelty Investigation Internship at Columbus Humane in the summer of 2023. There, I assisted the Cruelty Investigations team with conducting investigations, collecting evidence, documenting cases, and providing support to the animals and the public. I gained valuable experience and insights into the field of animal welfare and law, and demonstrated skills in teamwork, empathy, and communication. Additionally, I have over a year of work experience as a Sales Associate at HOTWORX, where I helped customers with their fitness and wellness goals. I acquired skills in customer service, sales, and communication, and contributed to the growth and success of the business. My mission is to use my education and experience to make a positive difference in the lives of animals and people, and to pursue a career in the field of animal welfare and law. I am eager to learn new skills, face new challenges, and join a team that shares my values and vision.
