Implemented a new fundraising event for the WLPS including an inaugural Pet Parade, the first ever Bake-Off, and a fully kid-operated Kids Arcade. Assertively and rapidly investigate, and implement resolutions to all accidents and near-miss incidents. Bring together all groups of ADS and members of MRS (service) to resolve incidents. Follow up on corrective and preventative actions. Follow through on all “Safety Critical” News Bulletins and verify notification of US customers. Facilitate risk assessments for all ADS products and participate in product improvements. Contribute to design resolution of audits, regulations, international standards, and codes of practice pertaining to safety and ensure compliance such as MDG and CE. Accelerate the Earth Moving Equipment Safety Round Table (EMESRT) design philosophies into ADS product designs. Point of contact for ADS and share best practices with other divisions in Mining and Rock Excavation from EMESRT meetings and workshops. Interview technical trainers, complete course work, and bring together multiple technical training classes for design engineers.

Manufacturing Representative on a $13M project. Efficiently communicate and coordinate engineering and technical support through multiple function groups. Review and edit prints, design and implement process sheets, design fixtures and implement Demand Flow manufacturing process. Facilitate Safety Reviews, Serviceability Reviews, Manufacturing Final Assembly Reviews, and Test Book procedure. Create a more efficient layout for each of the 6 different emphasis areas in Subassembly using lean manufacturing principles.
