As the Program Coordinator, I managed the programming department and all therapists within the department. I was able to oversee the daily therapy provision and provide feedback to improve therapy for each client. I built relationships with the clients, families and outside professionals to ensure a smooth integration of therapy techniques in clinic, home, school and community environments. I worked closely with all Behavior Analysts to ensure that each client was supervised and treatment plan implementation was effective and beneficial. I worked with schools to overlap ABA techniques that were effective in the clinic environment to increase acquisition rates and learning outcomes. I was able to transition many children out of the clinic environment and successfully into the school environment by working closely with the school administration. As the Program Coordinator, I ensured that all therapists and families were supported in all efforts to increase the benefits of ABA therapy for all families we served.
