Now five and a half years later, the company has expanded immensely.My position there started out as a shy and disengaged customer service assistant. Over the years and through many experiences and opportunities, I grew and developed social confidence, a strong positive attitude, and professional communication skills. Since my first time being a part of the business, I have become more than just a customer service and task assistant. I have been able to take on roles that have developed my ability to foster strong customer relationships, assist in training other employees, become a bridal consultant for brides finding their dream dress, manage the business's social media content and communication, and participate in networking events to expand the business's mission and values.
