Coming from humble beginnings and grounded by a strong family and ethical foundation, Morgan has dedicated his career to building projects that uplift communities and foster sustainable growth.As the Executive Chair of Business Leaders Malta, Morgan oversees the strategic vision for several entities, including Central Mediterranean Business School (CMBS) and Esprimi. In his leadership role, he focuses on guiding the organisation’s long-term direction while empowering his C-suite team to lead with purpose and inspire their people. Under his guidance, CMBS is dedicated to preparing future leaders through innovative education, while Esprimi delivers valuable market insights to help organisations connect more meaningfully with their audiences.Beyond his commitments within Business Leaders Malta, Morgan is also a partner at Mdina Partners, where he contributes to HR strategy and corporate training that supports both personal and organisational development. He also co-founded Community Centred Care (3C), which provides compassionate, quality in-home care, always prioritising people’s dignity and well-being.Giving back is central to Morgan’s journey, and he is honoured to serve as a Non-Executive Director at Victim Support Malta, supporting their invaluable work for individuals in need.Family remains at the heart of Morgan’s life.
