During my time at eg+ Worldwide I have overseen the growth of my department from a two person team consisting of one interactive designer and myself, to a team of five including two front-end developers, one full-stack developer and a Digital Producer.I have worked consistently to improve the quality and efficiency of our development workflow by pushing the adoption of new technolgies such as Git, Bower, Grunt (then Gulp) and standardising our front-end development stack.Working… Show more During my time at eg+ Worldwide I have overseen the growth of my department from a two person team consisting of one interactive designer and myself, to a team of five including two front-end developers, one full-stack developer and a Digital Producer.I have worked consistently to improve the quality and efficiency of our development workflow by pushing the adoption of new technolgies such as Git, Bower, Grunt (then Gulp) and standardising our front-end development stack.Working with other department heads, I have assisted in up-skilling our studio of finished artists and designers, improving their skills in interactive design, so that they can assist with the design of responsive websites and emails as well as the production of banners and video animation with Flash and After Effects.I enjoy building close working relationships with clients and over the past three years I have had the privilege of working with some fantastic companies such as National Australia Bank, Mercedes-Benz and SEEK.My ultimate responsibility is to raise the profile of the eg+ digital offering and ensure that my department functions efficiently, is profitable and produces great work for our clients.
