• Act as the primary liaison between corporate headquarters and 150+ retail stores, driving overall national merchandising strategy throughout the area to ensure flawless execution and brand integrity• Travel within markets weekly to ensure retail consistency and promotional placement throughout all Alltel Wireless stores• Foster relationships with store and market leaders to support and balance company goals and local market initiatives• Work with cross-functional teams to implement merchandising strategies for new, relocated, and remodeled locations• Manage fulfillment requests for merchandising materials within Southeast region• Create planograms guiding product placement with the launch of new phones and accessories• Successfully collaborated with team members to develop and implement a mini-rebrand plan, introducing more interactivity in retail stores (March 2007)
