I am a resilient, attentive, empathetic, and resourceful advocate. My experience as a mentor working with college students, volunteering with pre-teens, and conducting pediatric patient-related research has shown me that there is a need for change.All around us, kids are being forced to grow up too quickly. As they struggle for a sense of normalcy and security, children are often forced to be their only advocates. Their voices, concerns, and dreams deserve to be heard and validated. Because of this, it has become my goal to support and advocate for children and adolescents navigating various difficulties. My specific interests span healthcare, health policy, education, chronic invisible illness awareness, and medical innovation.
