Manage three research analysts responsible for 10 syndicated/prime time dramas and sitcoms. Show manager of The Dr. Phil Show and The Good Wife; liaison between production staff and sales force. In charge of creating and distributing daily, weekly, and quarterly analysis for national implementation.Facilitate primary focus group testing; analyze dial traces and audience feedback for CBS Studio executives. Spearhead the CBS Research Internship program; Responsible for interviewing, hiring and training interns. Manage scheduling of interns on a daily and quarterly basis. Intern responsibilities: compiling daily ratings data and distributing to the entire CBS TV Distribution workforce in a prompt and accurate manner.
