Our mission is to amplify, connect, and empower underrepresented players and their allies through research and strategic initiatives. Initiatives include the "GLHF Pledge" which consists of 7 promises for inclusive practices in gaming and has been signed by more than 1.6 million players to date. The Inclusion 101 curriculum has educated hundreds of players, community leaders, and industry professionals. AnyKey's latest big initiative is the Eligibility Verification System for esports tournaments supporting women and non-binary competitors. We created a custom application as solution for organizations grappling with gender-based eligibility for online esports events. We have issued over 3000 eligibility certificates for players and partnered with several tournament organizers including Riot Games for their North American VALORANT Game Changers events.Gamers may know me better as Rhoulette from my time as community manager for Ubisoft and Team Captain of the Frag Dolls, an all-women competitive gaming team that I co-founded in 2004. In my role as Team Captain, I became an advocate for women in games, speaking regularly about gender, games, and inclusion. I've been honored with several awards for my work, including being named one of ‘The Most Influential Women in Technology’ by www.FastCompany.com in 2009, and with both the IndieCade Game Changer Award, and the Esports Awards Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022.
