At SiteRx, we're on a mission to bridge clinical trials with clinical practice, making access to appropriate clinical trials available to any patient that qualifies and wishes to participate.• Sole recruiter supporting hiring across Executive, Product, Engineering, Data science, IT, and Sales teams. • Oversee hiring strategy and will work with all tech leaders, and reporting directing to CTO & CEO• Establish recruitment team metrics and OKRs • Partner closely with the executive team and all tech department leaders to deeply understand their teams and hiring needs while making hiring recommendations, support events, and build strategy to hire amazing people for SiteRx• Coach leaders on how to best attract and hire world-class, diverse talent• Act as a talent advisor and subject matter expert for leadership• Take a data-driven strategy to provide insights into the health of the hiring pipeline, provide direction, and training to partners• Contribute to the growth of SiteRx’s recruiting function by proactively developing and refining processes and serving as a thought partner• Create, recommend, and implement strategies to tackle problems and build pipelines through sourcing, referrals, research, and events• Focus on achieving results aligned with the larger picture of the organization and its strategic goals—initiative, coupled with a sense of competitive drive, sense of urgency, and ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions• Identify new ways to build awareness of SiteRx in new hiring markets

• Increase user signups on the ripple match platform by 200% through the leadership development & internship program • Develop & create statistical breakdowns, user stories, and candidate journey to help increase revenue and production amongst users • Manage, interview & hire a team of over 700 active interns • Conceptualize, develop and lead growth of the leadership development program & marketing strategies

• Recruit top talent from diverse engineering backgrounds including Data Engineers, DevOps/ Systems and Designers • Vet, Interview, and place 4-5 engineers a month with respective clients• Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients and use interpersonal skills to seal the deal
