Impact is a non-profit based in College Station, Texas founded for the benefit of freshmen attending college in the B-CS area. Impact Retreat is a 4-day camp held in August for the freshmen. As a counselor, responsibilities included planning and executing events at the retreat, facilitating group discussions, delegating tasks to other staff, and any other task that needed to be completed.

Directed daily functions to create engaging activities for children and adults. Designed and implemented weekly schedule, activities, and programming. Responsibilities included intentionally creating space for families to spend quality time together, serving and cleaning up after meals, assisting in running outdoor activities, helping set up and tear down night events, and helping anywhere else where needed.
