Responsibilities: - Manage all Admins and Coordinators within the Netflix Design Organization. -Act as a strategic thought partner for the Vice President of Design and the Design Leadership Team, helping create efficiencies and consistencies throughout our overall team culture and org wide communications. -Work as a direct liaison between our Design Leaders and our HR, Recruiting and Finance partners. Acting as the XD point of contact and decision maker for all facilities, space planning, hardware/software licenses, vendor and contractor budgets, org wide headcount planning, and rate cards.-Responsible for the creation, deployment and maintenance of all XD operational documentation; ie, Google sheets, air tables, Miro boards, databases, trackers, etc.- Responsible for the Global Design Team onboarding initiatives.- Work with all Design Team People Managers, assessing our current internal operations and removing/revamping/creating new procedures which allow all of us to operate efficiently and productively. - Coordinate, plan, and execute key programs to invest in our team’s cultural development.
