I navigated between roles as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager, providing comprehensive support to our CEO, CTO, and Operations Director across various departments including marketing, sales, operations, HR, and finance.

Working for a non-profit requires wearing a multitude of hats - I had the opportunity to act as an Executive Assistant to two different National Directors, a Project Manager for a variety of projects under a wide scope of leaders (internal marketing to planning/running large-scale events, working as a communications editor, production support for virtual events and many other roles as needed), and a strategic partner to many facets within and outside of the organization.

During IAT's conference season, I managed 33 conferences simultaneously, coordinating logistics with various departments and external partners. I ensured timely decision-making by maintaining strict deadlines and led the development of a comprehensive Conference Coordinator Workflow. This streamlined planning and budgeting processes, optimizing profitability and guiding our selection of conferences for sales objectives.
