I'm on a mission to make nourishing food and beverages accessible to everybody, everyday.Unfortunately, that is not the reality in today’s world. Despite the fact that 70% of consumers express a preference for natural and organic food options, and 60% of consumers consider environmental sustainability when making food choices, restaurants and non-commercial businesses have not adapted offerings to meet this shift in value. That's where Free Range Foodservice comes in: by helping conscious brands get placement in national restaurants, universities, stadiums, and airlines, we are helping make healthy food accessible everywhere, everyday.Prior to launching Free Range Foodservice, I worked as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, where I worked with individuals and companies to help them live a healthier lifestyle.On an individual level, this includes adopting a bio-individual, real food lifestyle, eliminating toxins, and addressing underlying imbalances within the body. For companies, I developed evidence-based content and business development strategies that addressed nutrition, lifestyle, toxin exposure and overall wellness. Prior to that, I spent nearly a decade working in marketing, content development and technology. My love is combining my marketing/ corporate background with holistic health to develop content, campaigns and partnerships that ultimately lead to a healthier community and planet.Outside of work, you can find me exploring Austin, walking my neighborhood trails with my husband and three young kids, reading a good book or cooking up a storm in the kitchen!
