I can be described as a bridge, a beacon, or a backer for everyone in the community. I believe I am inspired and fueled by human connection. I pride myself on the networking I have been able to do in my short professional career thus far. I have a great relationship with all my past employers, mentors and bosses. I consider myself to be a coachable and responsive person. I am a teacher which means I will never stop being a student. I have had many roles where I served as a leader but enjoy being a helping hand just as much. Whatever community/company I am blessed to end up at I will strive to be the bridge of communication to create a safe, rich, and diverse environment for my mentors and colleagues.
