Through my capacity to dive deep, listen, and get to know people and the drive behind their work I have the ability to customize and design a company culture that aligns with your mission and values. I look for alignment between the leaders and the company. By offering education and working collaboratively with all team members I help teams work together effectively and in a way that gives a voice to every employee. As I grew in my professional career, I realized the inequality and lack of true inclusivity in the workplace. I received a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University with the goal to help companies create sustainable company cultures that allow every employee to feel passionate and valued. With 10 years of experience in company culture design, community development, non-profit organization, and marketing she has the ability to help you and your company reach sustainable impact. I live in Portland, Oregon. When I am not collaborating with clients you will find me out exploring in my van down dirt roads, rafting, backpacking, or enjoying a glass of wine with good friends.
