I created, organized and managed all onsite events hosted at Base Camp Brewing Company; including 3500 person festivals, educational talks, company parties and private events. Worked to foster relationship with community members to enhance brewery branding and culture development; achieved hosting on average four community events per week, raising the average 50% within one year. I developed event staff hiring and training program, as well as managed ongoing engagement for 10-75 event staff and volunteers, per event, to enhance event productivity.

Team In Training is a wonderful campaign that benefits the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS). Giving volunteers the opportunity to reach their goals of crossing the finish line of an endurance race while fundraising for the LLS. As the Campaign Manager I managed up to 200 volunteers per season through assistance in fundraising efforts, daily communication, one-on-one meetings and event organization. During my time with LLS I personally raised $1.33 million through leadership and team support. Team In Training taught me to be a productive task juggler; tasks ranged from team management to marketing development and implementation to professional high-fiver, all while making sure at least 75% of all of my funds raised directly supported the LLS.

Girls on the Run is a wonderful program with a goal to help build confidence in accomplishments for young girls. As the Community Relations Coordinator I worked directly with the founder of the Coconino County Chapter to build awareness via social media, direct mail and community outreach. I saw fundraising potential and a growth opportunity when the program implemented their adult charity running program, 'SoleMates'. I worked with the Girls on the Run local board to organize, promote and build local sponsor partnerships for 'SoleMates', as a team we recruited 10 participants in Coconino County to participate and fundraise on behalf of Girls on the Run.
