As the Manager of Queensland's Behavioural Economics and Research Team (BERT), I lead a small unit of professionals delivering research based projects to inform policy, programs and reform initiatives across the Queensland Government. There I worked with safety and human factors specialists to develop a measurement component of an aviation safety culture process.

In this role, I collaborated on the development of a survey tool to measure the safety culture in European Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs). I worked with several ANSPs to administer the survey and subsequent workshops as part of EUROCONTROL's safety culture process.
