Responsible for developing and executing the University Recruiting Strategy, Summer Internship and Career Development New Professional Program. Managed an annual budget of $50-70k and increased acceptance and retainment averages. • Campus Recruiting: Responsible for the execution of full life-cycle campus recruiting, including; informationalsessions, career fairs, interviews, selection process and hiring. Developed and cultivated strong relationships with students, faculty and staff. • Internship Program: Development and implementation of Summer Internship Program – streamline robust project selection, onboarding, trainings, networking events, mentorship management, project report out structuring,performance reviews & selection for fulltime offers. Achieved 90% offer acceptance rate since inception.• Career Development Program: Designed and lead career development program for ~24 early career professionals. Established comprehensive domestic and international rotations. Organized training schedule, rotation logistics and report outs for all members. Developed core curriculum to increase members’ knowledge of Supply Chain as well as they Oil & Gas Industry.
