Advancement to National Operations Manager sees responsibilities grow to a national interest.I oversee the daily operations of the company including staffing, stock control, scheduling, EHS, accreditation, compliance and training.My expertise lies in the operational management of many specialist teams dedicated to the remediation of damaged or unstable structures and asset protection. Operational P&L, variations, tender administration in civil, domestic and resource sectors. I also have responsibilities of the research and development of new products and their introduction to market. Eleven years of experience in the industry has provided an extensive knowledge that has seen exposure to a variety of projects on an international level. Key Achievements• Project managed the on-site aspects of large open-cut iron ore mines and port infrastructure projects in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.• Project managed a diverse team of architects, engineers, labourers, technicians on operational RAAF bases to realign the runways. The project was delivered on time and on budget.• Project managed the realignment of coal reclaimer rails in coal mines in Asia and Australia which involved coordinating a diverse team of people. Challenges were language, financial, remote location time constraints , OHS. • Project managed the re-levelling of the Hanger Slabs, runways and taxiways for international airports in Australia and Asia. These was a highly sensitive projects with significant customer impact and was time critical. It involved managing large teams and multiple clients.• Project Managed a venture in the Sydney Exhibition Centre in Darling Harbour which had structural problems. Project involved co-ordinating engineers, DH management, Sydney Harbour Foreshore Management and a team of 9 people. Ground testing levels were significantly improved and settlement arrested.• Conducted the quality assessment and preparation of a quote for a major dam in NSW. Acted as the technical operational and costing advisor for the company. Site supervised the project until it's completion.• Successfully trained and mentored multiple employees from technician level to become supervisors.• Project managed the rectification of a critical sewer line following the Christchurch earthquake. The client was the Earthquake Commission, a subsidiary of the NZ Government. This was a challenging project because of ongoing geological movements and technically difficult because it was underground work.• Project managed rehabilitation of sea walls and flood spill ways in Asian capital cities.

The role of technician is primarily to become familiar with the systems, plant and equipment and proficiencies of the company whilst assisting the Supervisors and Project Managers with the facilitation of the required application of technologies. During this tenure Morgan proved his ability with the attainment of all the required competencies of a supervisory level within two years of initial employment. Morgan received his first operational rig and crew as one of the youngest supervisors in the company's history.
