The project was delivered on time and on budget.• Project managed the realignment of coal reclaimer rails in coal mines in Asia and Australia which involved coordinating a diverse team of people. Challenges were language, financial, remote location time constraints , OHS. • Project managed the re-levelling of the Hanger Slabs, runways and taxiways for international airports in Australia and Asia. These was a highly sensitive projects with significant customer impact and was time critical. It involved managing large teams and multiple clients.• Project Managed a venture in the Sydney Exhibition Centre in Darling Harbour which had structural problems. Project involved co-ordinating engineers, DH management, Sydney Harbour Foreshore Management and a team of 9 people. Ground testing levels were significantly improved and settlement arrested.• Conducted the quality assessment and preparation of a quote for a major dam in NSW. Acted as the technical operational and costing advisor for the company. Site supervised the project until it's completion.• Successfully trained and mentored multiple employees from technician level to become supervisors.• Project managed the rectification of a critical sewer line following the Christchurch earthquake. The client was the Earthquake Commission, a subsidiary of the NZ Government. This was a challenging project because of ongoing geological movements and technically difficult because it was underground work.• Project managed rehabilitation of sea walls and flood spill ways in Asian capital cities. -
