Monitor and maintain an ideal growing environment, including temperature, humidity, light levels, and air circulation to promote healthy plant growth and minimize the risk of disease or pest infestation. Develop environmental protection practices to minimize biological contamination of crops. Assess crop health and diagnose pathogen presence and create disease resolution path. Diseases managed: Powdery Mildew (Golovinomyces ambrosiae), Rust Fungus (Puccinia thaliae), Hemp Russett Mites (Aculops cannabicola), Thrips (Frankliniella occidentalis), Botrytis (Botrytis cinerea).
