Morgan brings extensive communications, marketing and crisis response experience to WSP USA’s Communications and Public Involvement team in Dallas, Texas. She leads all Texas Department of Transportation projects and is a key member of the mega project teams - including the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Master Plan. In 2023, Morgan founded MPact Creative, a multimedia marketing agency, focused creating visual identity for businesses, website creation, graphic design and event planning. She leads an impressive team of 10 (and growing!) contractors working for a multitude of clientele types - from small business just starting to 80-year-old political groups in the Dallas metro.Most recently, Morgan served as the Chief of Communications for the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry, where she led a team of 30 through multiple foreign animal disease outbreaks, food recalls and agroterrorism communications response efforts on a state, national and global scale. She also created and executed all agriculture-related communications efforts, on-screen interviews, and written materials on behalf of the Oklahoma Secretary of Agriculture, the Governor and any member of the Governor’s cabinet. She is credited with being on the founding team of the Oklahoma Agriculture Youth Council, the Skillathon Scholarship contest, the AgHERculture Conference and Ag on Lincoln. In this role, she additionally worked on an FEMA Incident Command Team and was a certified State of Oklahoma Grievance Manager. Morgan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Communications, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, with a minor in Agricultural Real Estate Appraisal – all from Oklahoma State University.
