Current-Management of Strategic Clients (typically 50+) users:o Building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retentiono Identifying and developing new business opportunities with existing and potential clientso Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability from strategic clientso Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clientso Representing the company in negotiations and discussions with clientso Monitoring market trends and competition to stay ahead of industry developmentso Communicating with senior management on the status of client relationships and opportunities for growth-Process for nominating a “Strategic Client”-Define and Design the process of managing Strategics (Goal Settings, Cadence, Agenda Topics)-Learning Content Ownership (Learning Management System, Onboarding etc)o Designing, developing, and delivering high-quality online learning materials, including instructional videos, interactive simulations, and assessmentso Maintaining and updating existing Learning Management System course content to ensure relevance and accuracyo Collaborating with subject matter experts within Tracker to create and implement effective learning strategies and contento Ensuring that all content is accessible, engaging, and aligned with instructional goalso Integrating multimedia elements such as images, videos, and audio into courses to enhance the learning experienceo Managing and organizing course content within Academy, including tracking completion rates and conducting evaluationso Staying current with new features, instructional design, and best practices in e-learning
