My responsibilities as Office Manager included opening and closing the office, answering all incoming calls to GHP's Nashville office, sending emails with pertinent information to the correct point of contact(s), coordinating building and equipment maintenance, monitoring security cameras and building access, monitoring and stocking office supplies, handling all mail and shipping for the office, and acting as the point of contact for all internal office inquiries as well as external vendors.
