I am responsible for experience hosting Nerf-based shooting and sports zones. I host groups of 5-30 children and adults by coaching, public speaking and providing the best customer experience I can. My job is to ensure the safety of all customers that who are playing in my zone at all times. For the hosting, depending on which section I am on that specific week, I have to explain how each game operates from the rules involved, the safety, how the blasters work and what I expect to see and not to see.Overall, this job is a very rewarding and inspiring opportunity because it allows me to provide children and adults with a unique and fun experience which helps them to express themselves through the art of play. Seeing everyone happy and enjoying what we can provide is something great and brings joy from within because it takes me back to when I was young and helps my inner child come out.

Meet MORGS, a 25-year-old musician, entrepreneur, and music producer who believes in the power of spirituality, hard work, and consistency. MORGS has a diverse background stemming from Jamaican, Walsh, and British heritage, and draws inspiration from chilled/lo-fi hip hop, R&B, and old-school music. His surroundings and culture have greatly influenced his music, leading to major support and plays on BBC Introducing, Unity FM, and Rinse FM. Thanks to his music and personality, MORGS is rapidly gaining recognition in Manchester.MORGS started as a successful DJ in late 2016 - 2018 and has proudly DJ’ed across the UK and beyond. He has performed at festivals in Manchester and clubs, and has had opportunities to host his radio shows on two popular radio stations in Manchester - Pie Radio & Bloc2Bloc Radio. This has assisted him in making a name for himself in the underground Manchester scene at a fast pace. Some of his most impressive previous achievements include playing at a Mixtape Madness event, Capital Xtra Music Potential event at KOKO, and Manchester Carnival in 2017.

I worked as a Security Stuart at music festivals and events. My primary responsibility is to ensure the safety of the community and music fans present at these events. Recently, I worked at Neighbourhood Weekender and Park-life, two significant festivals. It was a great experience working with different organizations and people involved in the events. Networking opportunities were excellent, and it allowed me to gain a better understanding of what goes on behind the scenes at these events. Personally, this experience has inspired me in many ways and provided me with valuable insights from a security standpoint.

As the original founder of GMG, I played a key role in the company as the business development manager at Gateway. My responsibilities included overseeing and contributing to our business needs and overseeing each working department, ensuring we were heading in the right direction. My background in music business management helped me to utilise my skills and contribute to the growth of the company.Working alongside the management team and artists on our roaster, I identified business needs and artist opportunities. My daily tasks included managing the day to day office jobs in administration, overseeing strategic partnerships, social media & business marketing, staff development, data entry, document drafting, and artist development.

For this role, I was the music manager of an independent artist called “Sweepydee”. My role consisted of project and brand management, document drafting, Coaching and mentorship and developing press releases which would help push our new song releases. I would help my artist to gain new shows and finally, organise and structure meetings to identify our next steps and plans.

I was responsible for hosting, developing and producing my own weekly show called 'The First Class Show' which showcased and brought light upon the local talent in Manchester. I hosted and orgainsied interviews and live radio performances from in person and over the phone which led to our guests gaining bigger exposure.

I used to DJ at two different shows once a week, Pie radio and Bloc2bloc. This helped me expand my audience and my brand as a DJ in various markets. During my show on Bloc2bloc, I would perform DJ mixes and invite guests to rap or sing over the instrumentals that I played. I also had a grime show that was focused on the underground scene and grime music.
