This experience combined with her years of legal recruiting enables her to uniquely connect with her legal candidates and clients.Upon graduation from the University of Texas School of Law, Morgan moved to New York City to work in the mergers and acquisitions section at Wall Street law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, where she represented a number of Fortune 100 companies in various national and international divestitures and acquisitions. Upon returning to Texas, Morgan completed tours of duty in the Houston offices of law firms Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld and King & Spalding, where she represented major energy corporations in securities transactions and strategic acquisitionsMorgan is an honors graduate of Indiana University and the University of Texas School of Law. At Indiana University, Morgan's studies focused on international economics and politics and Russian language and culture. At the University of Texas School of Law, Morgan served as President of the Student Bar Association, a member of the Alumni Association Executive Committee and Texas Young Lawyers Association Board of Directors. Morgan also attended University College London where she concentrated on international law.Morgan and her husband David, a Houstonian and graduate of The University of Texas and Rice University, have twin boys and two amazing dogs.
