Some key responsibilities were brainstorming ideas for company details. I completed readings and tasks, then worked with various individuals to form platforms. I also created systems of teaching techniques using what I learned.

Greater New York City Area

I worked as part of the flight operations team. My main responsibilities were to shadow my boss's, and complete the tasks they assigned me. I attended the daily meetings, which discussed the statistics of the company day-to-day, and compared these figures to present years, as well as target goals. Some of the tasks I preformed was updating the flight manual, arranging pilot appreciation gifts, and letters for their anniversaries, and preparing flight routes/ information for pilots, and dispatch. I also attended pilot interviews, and participated in questioning potential candidates; then discussing the interviews with the team later on. Lastly, while this was not part of my job, I worked with one boss to offer ideas to various (random) problems; we brainstormed and reached out to other departments to work toward solutions.
