Recruiting for roles in Technology, Product, Marketing, Communications, and Finance. Recruited and ran programming for Editorial Internship's in our newsrooms

- Recruiting generalist with proven track record of mastering the interviewing profile and successfully hiring candidates across a multitude of roles including: Consulting, Engineering & Development, Research and Entry Level in the Healthcare and Higher Education industries resulting in 75+ firm hires since March 2016.- Proficient in outbound recruiting techniques utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and MeetUp Groups.- HR Business Partner to 270 staff members managing staff engagement, performance, review processes, exit interviews, inbound staff concerns, and hiring needs.- Support planning and execution of bi-annual employee review cycle, including data compilation of promotion rates and cases, with keen focus on staff equity and merit across review period.- Lead internal internship program for past 3 years, focusing on junior staff development in key skill sets in project management and consulting.- Develop department training days, providing HR insights and engagement opportunities and fostering relationships and guidance from internal and external HR leaders. - Manage two staff members supporting their day to day responsibilities and professional development.

- Fostered strong relationships with business lines, finance, legal, and benefits departments with focus on recruitment and new hire procedures.- Developed and facilitate training seminars for interviewers and junior level staff to teach interviewing tactics and compliance- Oversee Advisory Board Referral Program, adhering to strict guidelines focused on staff and candidate engagement in the referrals process- Expertise in multiple HR operating systems including Workday, JobScience & Salesforce.

- Main point of contact for candidates from application to hired- Managed scheduling and collection of feedback for over 500 second interviews, supporting 130 new hires and internal promotions.- Oversaw the offer and decline feedback processes, updated job descriptions, and manage the onboarding process for the team.

• Created a quarterly strategic outreach plan to target prospective healthcare clients for two Advisory Board product offerings, managing all business affairs for three Directors, resulting in the close 19 new business units, and $645,380 NBB over 15 months
