Not only did I release his time so he could earn fees, but over the 7 years I worked with them, I ensured they were adhering to the law, improved staff morale and helped with recruitment.• An Oxfordshire flour miller of 35+ staff had problems with staff on long term sick and no performance management system. I have helped this company grow by implementing ill heath retirements, recruiting new staff (permanent, temporary and outsourced), implemented a performance management system and organised training.• We also work with many smaller businesses to help, support and guide them through the minefield of Employment Law. Whether they are recruiting for the first time or dealing with their first difficult conversation, we can be there to help and support them the whole way through.We can work with you in a completely flexible way – on a project basis or ongoing retainer from ½ day a month.
