• Check-In clients• Teach effective full-body group fitness classes• Personalize classes based on clients' abilities • Give and receive client feedback

• Check-In all patients for appointments and emergencies• Effectively triage patients for emergency care• Answer all hospital-related questions and communicate effectively with doctors• Answer all phone calls and emails necessary during the shift• Discharge patients and help gather all necessary medications
