-Represented the college through college fairs, campus tours, and school presentations as a tour guide and delegate from the Office of School Relations and Outreach to the 16,399 students attending Citrus annually.-Increased registration in the Fall 2013 semester and received Citrus College President’s recognition. -Made phone calls to prospective and current students subject to enrollment rollouts in order to boost re-enrollment, encourage transfer rate growth, and increase college revenue.-Answered student/parent queries, solved communication problems, and served as a detailed human directory at the Information Desk.-Hosted special college events as a greeter and food server, developing connections with distinguished faculty, staff, parents, and prospective students.

-Processed 55,000-65,000 customer food orders annually as a cashier during sports events and band tournaments held at the Citrus College Stadium. -Operated cash register with accuracy and honesty, handling $50,000-$55,000 during the year at my station.-Recommended complementary items to help improve nightly revenue.

-Promoted Laguna Beach attractions and services to tourists, particularly the Festival of the Arts, the Sawdust Art Festival, Art-A-Fair, and the Pageant of the Masters.-Assisted in the creation and maintenance of a safe, pleasant, and relaxing Laguna Beach experience for visitors and locals alike through sharing and using my knowledge of the city, its resources, safety protocol, and customer satisfaction.-Guided customers on and off trolleys, making it possible for the trolley system to provide excellent service to 581,667 people during the 2012 Festival Season.
