• Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for control and data update of service schedule (repair/availability) of all equipment.
• Monitor all due equipment for servicing.
• Receiving breakdown call from the client 24/7.
• Coordinating with the Electrical/Mechanical / Non-Mechanical Engineer & technician by attending Breakdown / Services / Installation.
• Responsible for sending technician to training for Offshore specification (H2s,T-bosiet training).

Purchase & LogisticReceive Purchase Indent.Float Enquiries and Receive Quotations.Draft and customize Statements.Analyze and Reporting.Negotiate and finalize.Purchase & Logistics – Planning / scheduling.Raise Purchase Orders / Blanket Purchase Orders according to the requirement.Ensure timely delivery of materials to different project locations.Monitor.

Updating the list of stock in the System.Daily updates of the stock record submitted.Develops and maintain good relationship to the supplier and to the client.Supervising the first in first out procedure of stocks is being followed.Responsible for maintaining clients and suppliers profile.Maintain sound business relationship with the existing client and.
