Application Portfolio Manager of the Liberty Mutual Reinsurance IT department within the Global Specialty Organization. Responsible for a team including a Scrum Master, Full-Stack Software Developers and Analysts. The team uses an Agile-Scrum methodology and works in a CI/CD environment to meet customer needs and deliver business value on the suite of custom built, cloud-based web applications. Heavily focused on continuous improvement, allowing the team to achieve a pace of 2 production releases per week, up dramatically under my leadership from a handful of releases per year.
